Google Map added (with live tracking!)

I've added a Google Map of the US to the top of the blog. We'll be using a SPOT to provide a track of our progress as well as our current position. When in "tracking mode", the SPOT will report our position every 10 minutes. The idea is to use this during flights to give live flight track status!
